The CTE Department at Buffalo High School would like to invite you to its annual Spring Showcase on May 16, 2023 from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm at BHS. This year’s event features tours of the CTE Facilities and Dinner. Attendees will have the opportunity to see demonstrations from students and purchase a variety of student-created items including metalwork, plants, and t-shirts. The capstone event for the evening will be a Live Auction at 6:30 pm for several larger items including playhouses created by the construction classes. The flyer below includes a QR Code to the "ticket" form (quick link below) so we have an idea for food and tracking attendance. Admission will also be available at the door.
Prom will take place tonight at Buffalo High School. The dance will begin with the Grand March at 7:00pm. Doors at the high school will open at 6:30 and students will begin lining up at 6:45. Please take all photos prior to the start of the Grand March as parents will not be allowed down on the floor once it is over.
The Grand March is open to the public. We are currently without an elevator at the high school, though. If handicap accessible seating is needed, we will have seats around the indoor track at the top of the gym that can be accessed through the main doors, or we will also have seats on the floor of the gym that can be accessed through the lower gym entrance. We apologize for this inconvenience, but hope you will still join us this evening.
Today was a great day to send off our Special Olympic athletes to their state meet. The BHS Buddies have enjoyed coaching them. Good luck athletes and coaches!

Lady Bison & Bison Soccer games at Rawlins on Saturday, April 1 have been moved to a new location. Games will now be played in Casper at Natrona County High School fields. This is due to snow and Winter weather impacts on facilities at Rawlins. Game times will be: 12:00 pm Varsity Girls / 1:30 pm JV Girls / 2:30 pm Varsity Boys / 4:00 pm JV Boys. Fifty members of the FBLA chapter represented BHS at their State Leadership Conference in Laramie. Congratulations to the students for their top performances.
BHS had a fun evening hosting the soon to be new freshmen. Students had the opportunity to meet teachers and learn about department offerings. Class of 2027, we are excited you will be joining us at BHS in the Fall!

The annual Jerry Campbell Invitational Track & Field meet scheduled for Saturday, April 1, 2023 at Buffalo High School has been CANCELLED - due to facility conditions and Winter weather impacts. The meet will not be rescheduled.
Lady Bison & Bison Soccer games on Friday, March 31 have been moved to the Energy Capital Sports Complex in Gillette - game times are 3:00 and 5:00 pm as originally scheduled. Bison Stadium cannot host games this weekend due to field conditions and current impact from Winter weather. The new location will provide an opporutnity to play, but NFHS Network will not be available vs Worland on Friday. Go Bison!
