A few students at CCMS have had the opportunity to cultivate plants and flowers in their classroom. This project has entailed numerous stages, from surveying staff, graphing results, planting seeds, caring for them as they grow, pricing them, and tracking expenses. This unit not only provided a hands-on learning experience but also instilled valuable lessons in responsibility, teamwork and business skills, while fostering a sense of pride and accomplishment among these students as they got to witness the fruits of their labor. The girls are selling their plants this week at CCMS.
