In their Ag class, 7th and 8th grade students embarked on an exciting farm-to-plate cooking project, where they explored the journey of food from the field to their plate. Students collaborated to prepare delicious dishes, practicing essential cooking skills while discussing nutrition and the importance of local food systems. This hands-on experience not only deepened their understanding of where their food comes from but also fostered teamwork and creativity in the kitchen.
