3rd: Gwen exemplifies the key of commitment. When given a task or a choice she jumps in with enthusiasm and sees the task through to the end. When she encounters hardships she navigates them with grace and perseveres through them. She will ask for help when needed to help her accomplish her goals or stop, take a breath, and refocus herself. When working she does it with a smile of determination on her face. She is also willing to help others stick to their commitments and offers friendly advice. Her enthusiasm, joy for learning, and commitment are a few of the many great qualities that Gwen exhibits at school daily! We are lucky to have her in our classroom and at CPES.
4th: Landon Shavlik embodies the key of commitment in every aspect of his life. Despite having a packed schedule, Landon balances numerous activities with a full day of school each week. He approaches all of his endeavors with unwavering dedication. At school, Landon gives 100% every day, rarely missing a day of class. He embraces feedback and suggestions, thoughtfully applying new learning to improve his work. As a class leader, he uplifts his peers and motivates them to stay focused and complete their tasks. Landon's commitment extends beyond the classroom. As a swimmer, he puts in a consistent effort at practice, pushing through challenging sets. His hard work pays off when he achieves personal bests at swim meets achieving his goals. Additionally, Landon is deeply devoted to his friends and family. He shows tremendous love and respect for the people in his life and ensures they feel valued and appreciated. I am incredibly proud of Landon and admire the way he commits wholeheartedly to every aspect of his life.
5th: Today, I am thrilled to honor Kashlea with the Key of Commitment, a symbol of her exceptional dedication, perseverance, and determination. Kashlea has consistently gone above and beyond, demonstrating what it truly means to follow through on goals and work tirelessly to achieve them. Whether excelling in the classroom, stepping up during group projects, or offering support to her peers, Kashlea’s unwavering commitment serves as an inspiration to everyone around her. She has shown us all the power of hard work, focus, and a positive attitude in overcoming challenges and making a meaningful difference in our school community. Congratulations, Kashlea, on this well-deserved recognition—your dedication and drive are a shining example for us all!
