Dear Meadowlark Families,

Welcome to Meadowlark Elementary!  I am excited to continue the journey with all of you and our amazing, dedicated staff! Coming from an extensive and rich teaching background, and eight years in an administrative role, I continue to appreciate the dedication, care, and concern I have seen exhibited by the staff of this fine school and school district. We search to establish the most meaningful professional development possible, in order to build our instructional toolkits.  The building and shifting of curriculum is continually a work in progress, as there is no “one size fits all” model and it is critically important to reach each child at his or her own learning capacity. 

We are striving to grow the “Meadowlark HERD”. This is an opportunity for dedicated parents and caregivers to be more intimately involved in supporting the students and staff of Meadowlark Elementary. This level of parent involvement has proven to be extremely helpful in providing insights and support as we grow together as an educational community.

ESSA/State Report Card

The Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) requires that all districts and schools provide transparent information to the public. The Wyoming Department of Education provides a framework for school and district report cards that meet ESSA requirements. To access ESSA report cards for all districts and schools in Wyoming, please click the link below and follow the instructions provided.

Instructions

To access the ESSA report card for JCSD#1, click on the "Wyoming Measures Up link. On the Wyoming Measures Up website, use the “My District” dropdown menu to select Johnson County School District #1. Then click “View District.”

To access the ESSA report card for a specific school, click on the link above. On the Wyoming Measures Up website, use the “My District” dropdown menu to select  Johnson County School District #1. Then select the school you wish to view from the “My School” dropdown menu. Finally, click “View School.”
