For all Kaycee Close Up students (Juniors/Seniors) and their parents/guardians, there will be a meeting tomorrow (Tuesday, the 28th), at 6:30pm in Mr. Koch's classroom to discuss important dates coming up, new information, potential fundraisers, etc.
Good Morning, tomorrow is Picture Day! We will be sending packets home today with your student. The office will have extra packets just in case. Preschool pictures will start at 7:30 in the Commons, then classes will follow. There will be retakes later in the year if your child happens to miss pictures tomorrow. Any questions please give the school a call.
Tomorrow Student Council will be wrapping up Suicide Awareness week with a guest speaker for Middle School and High School. Our Guest Speaker, Tyler Broderick, will be discussing prevention and how to get help. If you happen to have any questions, please feel free to contact our office.

Good Afternoon Kaycee Athletics have a few changes to this weekends schedule: Friday 9/17/21 the HSVB at Clearmont times have been to JV @ 10:00 am and V @ 11:00 am. The HSFB vs Edgemont and the JHVB @ Sheridan Inv. scheduled for Saturday 9/18/21 have both been cancelled.
Missoula Children's Theater has been working all week with our students to present "Johnny Appleseed". Don't miss out on their performance Saturday at 5PM it's going to be a good one!
Good Morning, we have a few changes to make to the September calendar that was mail out.
On Sept. 11th: The Missoula Children Theater - the rehearsal is at 1:00 and Performance is at 5:00 pm.
On Sept 18th: HSFB vs Edgemont SD has been cancelled. Mr. Koch is currently working on getting another team and we will keep you updated.
That time of year again! Fall Sports/Activity pictures will be taken Sept 7, 2021 at 4:00 pm. Your Athlete should have brought home the order form Thursday, we will have extra's in the office if needed.
School Meals are FREE this school year! However, a "second" lunch will be charged $1.50 at all schools, beginning Monday, September 13th, due to the change in federal reimbursement for meals.
A La Carte items are sold to students grades 6-12. Students MUST have enough money in their meal account to purchase a la carte items AND second lunches. If you have any questions, please contact Ricci Sanders at rsanders@jcsd1.us or 307-620-9206.
Kaycee School has some exciting news!! Next week, 9/7 - 9/11 Kaycee Schools will be working with The Missoula Children's Theatre to bring the production of "Johnny Appleseed" to Kaycee. We are excited to have our students involved in this production. We have mailed out information and permission slips today. We look forward to seeing our students perform in this production.

We would like to remind you about the Back to School Night this Thursday, August 19th from 5-7 pm. This is the opportunity to meet the new staff members and make sure all paperwork is up to date for your student. We will need you to sign the 1 to 1 Initiative Form for the Chrome Books, which you will find the handbook attached for your preview. Please be prepared to pay the $30 Insurance Fees for 6-12 grade students if you choose to get the insurance coverage. Also we will be hosting a Family BBQ in front of the school at this time.

Reminder that there are sport Physicals this afternoon from 4-7pm for all students and managers planning on playing sports available at the Kaycee Clinic. The Parent Player meeting will be held tomorrow Tuesday the 10th @ 6pm in the Gym.
